KX
EDGE Preview at daratechPLANT 2006
Last month,
Kinesix sponsored daratechPLANT 2006, an
international conference that is the
premier industry meeting place for
senior business development executives
in engineering, operations and
information technology. The conference
took place in Houston on January 23-25,
2006.
Attendees of DaratechPLANT witnessed an
advance preview of the
KX EDGE Development Suite, Kinesix’s
groundbreaking new software based on the
.NET architecture. KX EDGE will make it
easy to
display almost any type of real-time
data across hundreds or even thousands
of workstations, using the most powerful
and sophisticated graphics on the
market. And because KX EDGE is built on
the Microsoft .NET
framework, it will be simple to use and
easy to integrate with other systems.
KX EDGE is the perfect combination of
.NET protocols and real-time
control-room technology, which will make
it easy to bring cutting-edge data
visualization to any business
application. Kinesix will
officially launch KX EDGE in April. To
learn more about KX EDGE, or its beta
version, please contact Kristan Westry

Sendera
3
Kinesix Software and Beijing’s Shengzuo
Software Technology Inc.
have released their first collaborative
software product. Sendera 3,
customized specifically for the Chinese
market, allows users to view
dynamic “streaming data” graphics over
the Internet via any
Java-enabled Web browser.
Sendera 3 manages the flow of
information between Web browsers
and back-end data sources, allowing any
business unit in the
enterprise to view the same live,
operational data seen by engineers in
the control center. Sendera 3 also
allows users to custom-build the
graphic displays that animate and manage
their real-time data –
without requiring any programming on the
end-user’s part.
Sendera 3 will make it easy for Chinese
businesses to custom-build
and use web-enabled displays to animate
and manage massive
volumes of streaming data – especially
those in the aerospace,
process control, biotechnology and
intelligent transportation fields.
Kinesix and Shengzuo initiated their
partnership in July 2005 by
launching the Kinesix Development
Center–China, a 3,000-square foot
Beijing facility dedicated to
customizing Kinesix’s highly
sophisticated
human-machine interface technologies for
Chinese end-users in the
mission-command and process-control
industries.
